Score Tape is expensive but you get what you pay for. Cheap tape runners are a waste of time. I wouldn’t use them on anything that I was wanting to last. Just my opinion.

This is a very cool technique! I never thought of being this intricate with a composition book! I did remake an old book into my wedding photo album. Those journal covers are absolutely amazing! (I'm NOT a seam stress; I tried several years ago and turned out a couple of things when my kids were younger but not anymore)

Great tip about gluing down the stitching! Your technique of laying the book ON the patterned paper is excellent!! The paper is gorgeous! (We have a kitten who likes to jump on my craft table at the most UNoppurtune times!!) However, I'm thinking that with some editing you could have gotten the whole process into one video.

No there are not very many tutorials on the SE 625 and you are right it is an awesome machine I also have the 625 and I have done a lot with it as I did Christmas cgifts with it and my kids and grandkids wont use the things I gave them they said that they are too nice to use! I gave it to them to use but they won’t use them.

Sad that so many stores closed. I still have 2 that aren't real far from me that are staying open. They haven't gotten anything new in though. I'll probably check once in a while. You were able to get quite a bit though, lots of goodies!

If you press down really hard w/bone folder or something like it; the red liner or any tape comes off very easy. That's the trick!
