Special Hobby 1/72 CAC CA-19 Boomerang "Jungle Scouts" #scalemodel
In this video, I'm building a 1/72 scale model kit from Special Hobby of a Australia first fighter CAC Boomerang.
The kit has a good but soft detail. Decal is from Eduard and it's quite thick. The kit came with resin wheels and exhausts stack.
It’s a cursed kit for me that took too many hours to complete. Ill-fitting parts, Paint mishap, I even drop it on the floor at one point. Quite relived that it’s finally done.

In this video, I'm building a 1/72 scale model kit from Arma Hobby of a Polish interwar fighter PZL P.7a The kit has a very fine panel line. Even finer corrugated surface on the wings. The front bearing looks like it was pressed fit. I can't get it out either. I just uses some oils on the spindle.

How many hours does IT take yOu to make this model excluding drying time?
About 3 hours I think. It didn't have a lot of parts but those PE parts are really finicky.
A good build of a kit that obviously has some issues! I noticed when you sprayed the white that there was a lot of overspray- maybe your paint mix ratio needs adjusting. That could also cause the cracks in the finish. Nice work in the end.
Thanks, Micheal. I haven't thought about it but you are right. The green paint over gloss white is not going stick very well.

Really interesting video. The aircraft is new to me, and it appears that the pilot would have had restricted vision occasionally. Nice modelling skills.
