    I am a total food buff Always but I worked out & swam my food away for awhile but then I had my back disc bulge so I can’t work out or walk for long periods of time hence the pain but My love for food hasn’t stopped but I try to be careful, If & when I get on a restrain on certain food I tend to be moody soul SO for me ...... I need to learn self control & Be principled but its so hard now with age and as my mantra was always Work It Off but I seriously need lo loose for my disc bulge & SELF CONTROL is a MUST , Thank you Dr. Illo 🙏

    Great explanation about metabolism. I would like to share what I do, I drink hot lemon and ginger water throughout my day until dinner. Not recommended to gastritis or gastritis prone people. Have a fruit in the morning and have a soup for lunch, followed by a balanced dinner inclusive of salad. When hungry, snack on nuts or fruits. :) x
