A brilliant record. I still have the original two LP release on Contemporary Records. Thanks to Lester Koenig
THIS RECORD IS SUPERB LIKE ALL OF MISTER SAM JONES❤ , BUT CELLO AGAIN IS A TOUCH NICER FOR ME , BECAUSE HE PLAYS HIS CELLO SO SO BEAUTIFULLY 🎉. HE IS MY ALL-TIME FAVORITE BASSIST AND CELLISST , AN EXTRAORDINARY MUSICIAN , PLAINLY TERRIFIC 🎉. I HAVE A FAMOUS NAMESAKE ; THE GRANDLY UNIQUE , THE BEST CLASSICAL CELLIST EVER , NAMELY JACQUELINE DU PRÈ . SHE WAS CONSIDERED HAS ACHILD PRODIGY . SHE WAS ALSO HIGH TALENDET LIKE SAM JONES 🎉. UNFORTUNATELY JACQUELINE DU PRÈ DIED AT THE AGE JUST 42 BECAUSE OF MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS . ONCE MORE THANKS FOR YOUR GOOD UPLOADS ! CHEERS & CIAO !
Veeery good album!
TOMIN PEREA - CHAMBLEE IS COMPLETELY UNKNOWN TO ME . HE IS A VERY INTERESTING MULTI INSTRUMENTALIST . YEAH , HE CREATED A WONDERFUL WORK 🎉❤ .I'M INTERESTED DISCOVERING GOOD AND UNKNOWN MUSICIAN , THIS BROADENS MY HORIZONS . MERCI A GREAT UPLOAD ! CIAO !

Hi BB… is this remastered version from LP or CD ( with this cover) ? Thanks
Hello Mike, actually I used my favorite remastered version of "Chet is Back!", it's from RCA's "The Italian Sessions" (CD 1996), but the cover doesn't have the title "Chet is Back!", so I put the one that Essential Jazz Classics and Jazz Wax Records use, which is not the original from 62 but it's a great photo of Chet! :)
@ ah, … I see. Thanks for the explanation 👍🏼

I was on my porch with my earbuds in...relaxed...listening to the sax pop in and suddenly I was jolted by a ladies voice screaming in my ears about a cheesy pizza special! 😂😢😂😢
