There are very few local ones. Most that I see are 50+ miles and paying about $12 per hour. With the roads as bad as they are here that could end up being a 90 minute drive each way.

Most places don't even dignify you with a yes or no on the job. It's like they are as bad as the kids these days that won't answer a phone call and only want to text.

Thanks I am a hard and dependable worker, but all they see is I quit jobs. The jobs were horrid and they don't see that or haven't been stuck in that in so long they forget or don't have working knowledge.

I like to support stuff in the theater, but it comes out on streaming so fast anymore it's too easy to just wait.

Yeah the bounce back is gone. I used to could recharge overnight or in a few days. Now it's a week.

Sadly it is too hard on my body. I'm quitting tomorrow. It's also only 1 day a week so it's not worth hurting myself and messing with my sleep for that little.

Yeah i'm still having trouble moving around and it was Saturday when I worked.

I truly don't think they meant ill. If the roads were straight around here. It would have been at least sorta doable. However it turns everything into double time and people forget that when they don't live in the bad part.

Yeah if I had been much older I think it would have been much harder on me. It still took about a year and a half to fully recover.
