What do you mean 6.2L is non AFM> the 6.2 engines are AFM/DOD engines. Also I was reading the DOD AFM engines run a standard high volume oil pump due to the dod.

nice looking truck, think about getting a ACE's kit, have 2 swaps I'm working on, a 63 C10, and a 1990 Camaro, can't pick which intake to go with, fabricated, or the single plane like you used

When squaring your rings in the bore, you can put a ring in the very bottom ringland which is where your oil control rings go and use that piston ring as a stop and then just use it to push your ring that you're measuring down in the bore til your ring on the piston hits the top deck of the block and you're squared in the bore everytime.

Have a 2001 S10 Blazer won't to LS swop so I just bought a 04 GMC Yukon Denali with a 6.0 LS new transmission in the Denali so Thay make a wiring harness for the Denali to the S10 Blazer

Your correct. Those Yukons are ok for fun street vehicles but that's about it. The clutches in it can't handle the torque and weight of your truck. True Trac is the ticket for street strip deals.

Ha, I thought this car might be a little bit easier to work on for some things involving say a clutch. This looks somewhat more complicated than I expected for an Auto car. Especially the removal of the rear stuff. Coming from BMW I am very surprised the mate point at the differential is so fiddly. I didn't expect an uber worrisome type of coupling for the half shafts. Oh well. My car seems ok so far

I have a 98 trans am I keep getting bout knock senor codes. I've replaced them bout twice and checked the wires to the PCM. Can it be a tune issue. I have a stage 2 sloppy cam 3200 stall fyi. Do you have any suggestions?

Hey! We made the final cut. Long bed GMC leaving at the end. We barely made it to the show. A simple timing chain swap on a BBC led to pulling the trans and then other with our dog, but we made it. Would have like to have met you guys. Maybe next time.
