My usual training/crossfit gym closed a while ago and I’ve been a gym nomad since then 😭 Right now I’m going to circuit workout classes & occasional pilates! I’ll film these and share in my future videos ☺️ thanks for your feedback!

I felt the same way when I lived in NYC and then in NJ thirteen years ago. I loved working and having fun in Manhattan. At the same time, I loved that I was also just a quick Lincoln Tunnel ride back to my quiet, spacious apartment in Union City, NJ.
YES, you get exactly what I am saying! Having the choice to go back and forth between the two lives is what I cherish the most right now :) There are honestly so many perks to this, I wish more people had known about the benefits
