You will have to send mail to the Philippine embassy there after they will revert you the appointment on mail you have to get a print of that appointment they will check it, as far as ITR is concerned you will have to submit 6 months bank statements with at least a balance of 70,000/- rs

You have to get print of Philippine Embassy, New Delhi AF Fomr No 2. That is available on the embassy portal after that fill it attach your passport with it and sent it to the embassy for appointment

But when I had applied for the visa in Philippine embassy Delhi at that time my complete interview was taken, as far as Singapore multiple visa is concerned if you have that then you will get visa on arrival in Philippine but if you do not have Singapore visa then you will have to apply for visa

You will have to apply for Philippine visa process is simple you have to email Philippine embassy for the appointment after that they will revert back you with the details, afterwards you will have to visit the embassy with the document like passport your flight your stay your bank statement of 6 months,demand draft and passport size photo, and if you don’t want to apply visa still you can visit the Philippine on Singapore visa or USA visa they will give you visa on arrival
