Love this video! I have often wondered how this works. Now . . . how about a tour of the back room of the Fruit Center where people are hustling back and forth? Have often wondered what happens there!
When trying to describe FC's produce to people, I tell them you could grab your peppers or apples with your eyes closed and pretty much get a perfect one each time. This really explains why that's so true. Really interesting look behind the scenes.
