Yoh. I think Africa is where the Garden of Eden is. Extremely good and beautiful weather. If African presidents built African countries to developed status, we can experience a lot of immigration to Africa, especially during winter. Thanks for sharing your experience, Lydia. I can relate because I literally slid on the road on Saturday trying to climb an icy hill..very scary but thank God I just manoeuvred.
It is theorized that sun worship in part originated due to miserable icy winters...vs the warmer months when people would look forward to warmth and life and fresh food...this would affect mood as well but positively 😅

Winter is hard on ME because I LOVE being outside!! Warm with a slight breeze sunshine makes my spirit Smile✨😁✨ . When winter comes and it's bitter cold and windy I get depressed , although I Do find myself stepping outside my door even if its 5 minutes increments.I was raised in Kansas but I lived in Texas for for most of my adult life. .The cold and i dont get along AT ALL! I Love growing flowers ..its my therapy,so I suffer 5 -6 months because i cant get my hands in the soil to grow veggies and flowers. I find I have a need for anxiety meds more in the winter than any other time of the year. I just want out side!! I know I wrote a lot but the subject of winter is almost devastating to me .. I'm serious its too much for me sometimes. When it snowed a couple of weeks ago my heart just dropped.🥺. . My skin gets dry, my lips get chapped,my hair breaks more easily, I gain weight because I cook heartier meals to warm me up yeah me and winter are a Big NO! 🥴😒
Oh my goodness Diane! I totally feel you on that ❤ It just affects you quite a bit physically and mentally and you've got to find ways to not get drowned in that. I hope the current and oncoming winters are kinder to us :) Thanks for sharing that ❤
