Cuvette inefficiency vs the integrating cavity
Everyone trained on Uv/Vis, NIR, IR spectrophotometers and more use cuvettes. These little sample holders are terrific for a lot. They are awful in handling turbid suspensions. For UV/Vis on suspensions, use an integrating cavity. If one correctly calibrated CD can be useful, all can be useful. Variation among commercial CD spectrometers is (much) less than variation due to sample preparation, calibration (which "DSM" does not require or use), and cuvette variation. could you please provide some source from which we can read about CPL
To learn about our products, visit olisclarity.com/circularly-polarized-luminescence-spectrometers. If you want to go back to the origin of CPL, you will want to look at Riehl and Richardson publication, starting with www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/0076687993260244 . Today, 30 years on, there are many publications using CPL with many sample types. See a few from owners of OLIS instruments on olisclarity.com/publications-cpl If you care about chirality of emissive molecules, this is the measurement to start using :)

How to make mixture transparent?
The entire point of the CLARiTY UV/Vis is that there is ZERO need to make a mixture transparent. This exact sample can be scanned 240-1100 nm with our proprietary integrating cavity spectrophotometers.
@@julieanndesalorenz4716 madam, I want to increase volume of petrol by mixing with water and used as fuel in my bike.
The identical easy-peasy operation is what you will have with the other models, too. We are finalizing the IC280 for protein concentration in formulations, as well as the bi-wavelength 260:280 for nucleic acid integrity, and tri-wavelength 420, 520, and 620 for wine & must hue and intensity readings. Fluorescence versions will have your choice of excitation and emission wavelengths, but will also use the same technician-friendly touch-screen interface.
