Hi ! Than you ! So to the Xplore we walk cos is just 15 min away from the resort but to playa del carmen we took a taxi , you just need to ask on the front near reception one of the staff member he will call you a taxi , they will give you price straight away ! Enjoy your stay :)

Different packages on the offers depends what you like to do ! You can check prices on Xcaret.com or directly buy in a park!

Hotel is located only 10 min ride from Bodrum town Center, plenty shops there! We did not use any supermarkets so really I don’t know !

On Xcaret.com you choose your tour first and you will have 3 options for transportation ( cancun , riviera maya, playa del carmen) just press riviera maya and this is important press “ add to cart “ don’t press “ pay” , now go to your “ basket” and from there you will have an option to choose your hotel :) hope that’s helps :) have a nice holiday

Hi! Yes you need to pay separately for all parks ! But as a guest of hotel you have a special deal to visit Xcaret park next door for entire stay is around 240$ pp , for a day entry to other parks is around 100 $ pp! All tickets you can buy at the hotel ! Ask in reception and they will direct you to the Xcaret office!

Witam! Po przybyciu do hotel w naszym pokoju był list , że w następnym dniu z rana jest spotkanie z rezydentem który nam tą wycieczkę ogarniał ! Ogólnie w Lobby przy recepcji zawsze ktoś siedzi i oferuje takie wypady jeep safari! Bez stresu wszystko jest na miejscu :)

Hi! We purchased unlimited access to Xcaret Park at the hotel for entire stay costs around 260$ per person also we bought Xplorer tickets for one day ! For excursion like Chichen Itza or xenotes we used site xcaret.com it’s worth to check it cos prices are changing all the time and you can get a nice deals ! Good luck and have a nice holiday :)

April is a month you can feel summer is coming! You can have nice sunny days and also rain ! Depends what you like! If you wanna avoid extreme heat April is a month to visit Turkey!

Hi we went there on the end of October , weather was fantastic ! Food and cocktails ok , we loved beach buffet and stake house for our meals , snorkeling was good no waves we really enjoy time at the hotel and Xcaret park !

We loved our holiday at Occidental Xcaret and we definitely will come back one day!!!!

Like I said… those who say the food is “ok” or “loved the food” haven’t simply eaten at good restaurant and have no idea what good food is. The pools were empty because they are not heated pools. We stayed at a Royal suite which it is right by the Royal section (building 32) and there the pools were empty (water) because no one wanted to get in because it was too cold… not even the Jacuzzi have Hot water!! The food even though is bad and pre-made .. it takes them about 30-40 mins to bring it over. Most likely you are just getting paid to write positive fake reviews

lol no one pays me to write reviews! We choose this hotel base on the location not for a food tour! If you like luxury you should book a hotel next door " Xcaret Mexico or Xcaret Arte" they have a first Mexican chef to receive a Michelin Star!

I have had hospital food that taste better, or food from a food court at a mall would be better simply because you know what you are expecting. When you are doing all Inclusive is because the beverage and food … and if it is not good then you are not getting the value for what you paid for. They should just not offer “All inclusive” and lower the nightly stay. The pools are not even warm.. and I’m guy who don’t even like going into jacuzzi.. but guess what their Jacuzzi are not even hot or warm!! First time in hotel history that a jacuzzi is not warm.

The number one thing to do for me was Chichen Itza deluxe tour ( the new 7th wonder of the world ) but for my kids all the parks were great and my lady loved beach time at the resort ( so relaxing) ! You will find something for yourself for sure! It’s a great place for everyone !

Hi! Yes We did enjoy this resort,it’s big and have a privet beach my kids love it, I am not sure about steam room and Turkish bath cos we did not use it! Over all it’s a budget hotel , we did not pay crazy money to stay there but like I said we had a good time!

No! We choose a Rico Travel ( Polish company) operating in the area for years! But you can book from the hotel no problem same prices!

Hi! Next to the lobby , main entrance there are people who selling day trips excursions from hotel!

I am sorry to hear about your bad experience ! most of all inclusive hotels we stayed have a separate menu for brand alkohol which you need to pay for so it was not a suprise for us! Our room was a bit old but all works fine! one time we locked a safe and we need help so engineer came in 30 min to fix it! food was good and we have a access to 5 ala carte restaurants free of charge so we did not need to eat at buffet all the time! all swimming pools open at our stay and plenty of sunbeds to use also beach was clean and seaweed removed every morning by a tractor! evening shows were fantastic ! I agree about a bartenders they were not good but once you tip them suddenly they start speak english lol overall It is a good hotel for the price you pay, our kids loved it :)

We ate at buffet , good variety of food but no sushi there!

April is half and half ! You can get rain and sun at the same time! Evenings cold but day time temperature 20C plus enough to get a tan :)

Witam! To byl Junior Suite Room - jeden wielki pokoj z 1x king size bed ,1x single bed , 1x sofa bed , w standardzie pokoje bardzo małe , warto zrobić upgrada jak maja cos wolnego , my byliśmy zadowoleni :)

My w recepcji już na miejscu to załatwiliśmy ! Jak dobrze pamietam była dopłata 180 euro!

W sierpniu jest patelnia🔥 nie będziecie siedzieć w pokoju ! tylko basen i plaża cały czas :) nie przejmujcie się pokoje! Wydajcie te pieniądze na jakas wycieczkę jednodniowa bo naprawdę warto!

We stayed for 2 weeks on the beginning of April ( Easter break) and the weather was not extreme around 20C but June July August is very Hot ! Small tip: use a yellow cab taxis at the gates to go to Bodrum only 10 min ride and enjoy this lovely little town!

@@zeman24 20 °C is still a nice temperature. 2 weeks is awesome! We're going at the end of June for 8 days. I would wish we could stay longer but at the same time I'm very happy we even are able to go. I'm a single mom, I don't have a lot to spend 😉 So 8 days are also amazing! Thanks for the tip! We already have transfer from the airport to the resort and back. Wish I knew about the taxis a few weeks ago lol 😂 Thanks anyway. Would you go back for a second time if you had the opportunity?

Every time we coming back to Turkey we choose different resorts for different experience ! So answering your question , we will most likely not be back in the same resort , but that’s just us we simply like a new places :)

Sorry to hear that, we really enjoy dinner buffet ( seafood nights were the best) , but about evenings I need to agree is not much to do , we did balling and billiard almost everyday and loads of drinking :)

La comida era un montón de opciones! La transferencia de ida y vuelta fue en un paquete de vacaciones de Travel Republic …

Witam! Byliśmy w tym hotelu na początku Kwietnia i było ciepło w granicach 20-24 C , ale w maju już się zaczyna patelnia :) ogólnie Maj to najlepszy miesiąc na wakacje w Turcji! Pozdrwiamy
