If people used the correct oil and done the wet belts on time for interval there wouldn’t be problem

Yes but this happens over time
2 days working and the camshaft is broken. The pump is not in time at all. Is possible from pump is 2 days work? The car at startone working great but after 2 days we have the problem.
@@DSKOPANIDISmaybe it’s something else I’ll recommend to take everything apart again and check the camshaft I had experience when the cam broke the lobe turns
Where is it located?
Replace the cam belt drive sprocket bolt it may come back to bite you

Greetings, I think I have a problem with the injectors on the same Ford Focus Ecoboost 1.0 2016 engine. Do you know how to remove them?
you have to pull them up no tool needed you can help with a screwdriver

Wet Belts Are Not The Issue One Bit , Dirty Oil Causes all The Trouble with Transits Oil Must Be Changed Earlier than Recommended , Have Engine and It’s Now it’s 3 rd Transit Originally it was in an LDV Never ever had Issue with it , but I Drop The Oil every 9 or 10,000, 480,000 Miles On it Now, 3 Starters,
Unless you make a vid showing 480k no one believes you
Dirty oil doesn’t make that issue, it clogs the oil lines inside the engine and blow the turbo up but this is different
@@LucasMechanic66Actually yes it does, the op is correct, oil changes must be carried out much sooner on these than specified. The problem is with the depolution system causing dilution of the engine oil. I'll bet if you put a scan tool on this vehicle there will be a few codes relating to depolution and dilution, if your scanner is able to look into those parts of the system.

If you have a look the 2 top sprockets are pressed on Ford did that deliberately so you can’t change it for a chain later on they knew what they where making

These wet belts are becoming a problem.
Bet the oil pick up got bits of belt in it if the belt doesn't brake first the engine will starve of oil because of these stupid belts disintegrating plus it doesn't help with the 20k service intervals i do between 8-10k in mine but still going to get my belts changed at the 80k mark
Got a van with 200k miles I do the service every 6k, to me those engines the belt has to be replaced every 50k or 3years
What tool did you use or how did you remove the bolts from the front pipe near the heat shield? I can't seem to get anything in or around it. Also the heads of my bolts are as round and flat as yours appear to be too.
Those bolts always become very rusty what advise to you it’s heat the bolt and buy nut removal set

Great tear down how long did it take?
It takes around 12 hrs non stop
Where is the belt broken?
You can see bits missing in the inside part of the belt
I've seen them still running with 4-5 teeth missing so imagine the pick up 💩💀
Did you find the cause of the belt damage?
Watch the camshaft pulley has missing a bolt it’s been down the bottom wondering about, funny enough the car drove inside the garage like this with a camshaft sensor fault
@@LucasMechanic66 yep I’ve seen that before, I found one where the tech had dropped an m6 cover bolt inside the casing without noticing and it ate the belt in the same way, again like your customer it was caught just in time to save the motor!
@@frostythehelmet this engine it’s damaged, got a belt but sounds like the lifters are broken
Hello, is it the same 1.6 dci engine from the Renault Grand Scenic 3? If so, what kind of injectors does it have, piezoelectric or classic, with solenoid? Thank you.
Hey there I think they are similar also Nissan has this engine they have, piezoelectric bosh
will a cartridge replacement not work fine too?
In this case won’t work bc as damage intake wall ( if that happens will make a whistle noise, also actuator has to be calibrated) where needs to be welded and rebored
Hi what test can be done to determine a burnt valve
Compresión test when the engine is warm up meaning 90 degrees, also misfires after 5 min and the ecu disable the cylinder with the misfire
@Lucas Alvarracin hey I need some advice ,I've got a golf 6 1.4tsi and I have a misfire fault code on cylinder 1 I have replaced spark plugs,ignition coil and injectors ,I've done a compression test and all cylinders are giving the correct psi ,would you possibly know by your vast experience what other part or sensor could give me a misfire on cylinder 1
@@andynelson1219 if the car is direct inyección you have one injector open at cylinder 1 if you swap the injector the fault should come on n another cylinder, is the car making white smoke in the exhaust or smelling fuel?
@lucasalvarracin9516 yes its direct injection ,and there is white grey smoke only at idle , the injectors were replaced also

@@LucasMechanic66 do you have to split the turbo , to get heat shield off behind the turbo ? I have basically got most of work done , released all the bolts on heat shield top and behind , I presume to gain access to the bolts that connect the turbo to the manifold are behind heat shield? Any help would be much appreciated 🙏
@@IanBell-d2p best way to do it quick and simple is taking the subframe off that will allow you more room to take it off, otherwise u will be struggling and wasting time, undo the bolts in the subframe lower arms and steering rack

why you chose luk , instead of sachs or valeo ? i’m in the way to do the same next week .
@@senseihai6699 it's the same thing if u ask me. On my car i had sach, i put expensive Luk, and i regret. i don't feel any different beside that clutch pedal it's softer

Le adapté suspensión delantera completa de 110 con freno a disco anda mucho más firme y frena mucho más
