Back in the 50s a local garage owner was given two mynas in lieu of payment for mechanical work. The birds were impressive in that one was trained as male and the other as female and they had an incredible vocabulary, most of which was profanity laced sexual innuendo. Very funny!

I saw for the first time a Myna birthanting, the Myna was rubbing something under his wing, I had not seen this behaviour before, later on I was told that it was "birthanting, Myna"s use ants because the produce some acid and remove insects at place they can't reach properly with their beak
