As of now, there isn’t an official LBA patch for PS5. However, you might find custom rosters or creations in the community files. Try searching there and see what’s available

Go to coach settings, and set "Substitution Method" to Manual instead of Auto. That way, you’ll have full control over your lineup. Let me know if this helps 🙌

I added the EuroLeague by downloading a custom roster from the community files in NBA 2K. Just search for “EuroLeague” in the rosters section, download it, and you’re set! Let me know if you need any help
