Why can't government get their communication technology right .. especially during emergency situations. First the county's web site with emergency information went down immediately after text, phone alerts went out. Now ... the audio goes out during this press conference. Come on people .. let's get it together

See its not a problem till it affect you. I have lived on Fort Hamer Rd. for 26 years in a home that already existed on an acer of land. We had a cow pasture be hind us. once a subdivision was but behind me my land started flooding. it affected our septic which has now had to be replaced to a raised system. now we are going to have 4 lane road with a 22 foot raised median. so my house will now be located on a 301 road. now a few of us single homes left could get some commercial to buy our property. so we could move back to a rural area. all these subdivisions ruined our Parrish. It is no longer the Parrish we loved

My father was such a hellion ‘40s and 50s rebellion. He NEVER wear mask. I conflict with him because I love to wear masks and I agree with it. I think it’s more of a moral virtue to some people. I think it turned into a moral virtue looking back in this -just my thoughts.

Great strides today in moving forward. We are short 20,000 units of workforce housing. We are 5th in the state for the highest margin in lacking affordable housing, 5th out of 67 county's ... nothing to be proud of there. We can and must do better ... For the Record

Notes: does the budgeting “per foster child” annual amount pay for the social workers annual salaries? It should not be in the same budgeting basket… there is a separate basket for that/ if not, create one- under federal grant funding. Are there too many social workers or too few? Seems like too many of 8 workers were sent for one case.

Commissioner Baugh, this government was NOT based on God. It is based on freedom of Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. You want to "push" the constitution? Great! Have you read the part on censorship yet? Perhaps all the commissioners should review the first amendment before deciding which books are appropriate. And another thing...this is NOT a very conservative county or a very conservative country. Sure there are more republicans than democrats in this county, but out of 283,848 registered voters, only 126,013 (44.4%) are registered Republicans. Yes, please make an effort to be 'in tune' with all of the public, not just the ones that contact you to complain.
