I was more mad at myself for not already knowing better. Being a souls veteran, should always know you are going to probably need those at some point.

@ragingdemongaming5681 this is my second soul's game, I played elder ring then this. Do you recommend any for a "beginner " ? I already own dark soul's 3 but haven't really played it. It was too hard back when I bought it. But I've played a few soul's like now.

@@evp159 Demon souls remake is prob one of the easier ones besides dark souls 2.. if you got through elden ring and this game, you should be able to play any of the games.. what console or consoles do you have?

A lot has to do with preference on what kind of weapons' you like. I haven't tried all weapons or spells, but I like going with a quick/medium-heavy weapons. I like the ice build with ground frost, frost weapon... you could always run a poison quick build with lightning

@@user-ql1dc9zn8n yes water, I call it ice.. that's more of a sneak build and if you do that also build fire with it as it helps with head on fights.. I like using ice weapon, frozen spear trap, alacrity haste, unseeable form or aqua blink, I really haven't found a fourth I like a lot.. if you want backstabs do a alacrity hast/unseeable form combo with dual swords or a spear

Yes, its pretty good. I feel like I get lost more then usual though.

You do not, its it own thing. You don't even need to play the campaign to play legends mode.
