When I worked for the Diocese of London charity, overtly racist comments were often made by the staff members. For example during a meeting we were asked why Christianity is on the decline, and the former Willesden Area Finance Adviser said "it's because too many Asians are coming in".

my body gets much more inflamed when I drink soda or eat carbs or sugar I find that slowly reducing my overall added sugar intake helps with my breathing and health I also think that eating more greens like spinaches and salads and drinking lots of water are also good for my constant breathlessness
