She does not help patients. She misdiagnoses people after 20 min of speaking to them. She lied in my medical records and wrote the opposite of what I stated to her. Please see a secondary opinion.

2023 update: Priscilla Austin and this business were investigated by the Nevada State Board of Nursing. I ended up switching providers and getting the medication I needed (my diagnosis was confirmed via a Qb test). If you're trying to treat a legitimate mental illness, I would avoid this provider at all costs. TLDR: Got ghosted by provider Priscilla Austin and discharged after following up. My experience here was odd to say the least. I had a session with the provider. We talked about my ADHD symptoms and how my current medication is no longer being covered by insurance. She prescribed an alternate medication and life was good. A week later I went to pick up the prescription and found that she had cancelled it without notifying me. No email or voicemail from Priscilla or the staff. I called in and the manager Kyle told me she had a change of heart after having a closer look at my medical history. I just wish I was notified about the change because now I have a week to find a new provider before the current medication runs out. I only found out by contacting the pharmacy and being told that there's nothing available. I wish there was a firm decision made in the initial appointment to avoid wasting everyone's time. The odd part is the facts she presented to the manager about why she canceled the prescription were quite different from what her and I discussed in the initial appointment. It felt like she threw me under the bus to protect her medical license. That all being said, everyone was warm and friendly to me in the office face to face. I was stupid to think we had established some kind of rapport in the session. It's a reminder that the patient is just a number and will be erased if the risk/reward ratio doesn't make sense for the bottom line. Its funny - I came here with the intention of improving my mental health. But after the way they abandoned me, I’m left with a far worse mental state than before.
