Ghosht + pyaz+khash khaash +namak ek sath grinder mien pees kar marinate kar dien 1 ghante ke liye .... Jaisa aapne bataya.... Pyaz se kofte soft bante hain.... Phr aage ka process karen.... Kofte behad soft aur juicy banege inshallah
