@@MeMaTiok the flow all depends on the paint/stain used, as well as the viscosity of the material. This picnic table was pretty old and the surface was very rough so it was going to take a few coats regardless of the paint. Next time I film a paint sprayer, I'll make sure I show different surfaces to show how they accept the paint. Hope this helps!
@ToolAds ok I'm waiting your video thanks.
No worries! I'll respond to this comment when I upload my next paint sprayer video. Got any recommendations on brands or sprayers to try out? I don't have a brand preference
HAVE SNAPPED ABOUT 3 ADAPTER'S with my 860
Yeah it's pretty strong, I did actually snap an off-brand socket bit while taking apart some workout equipment. This impact needs some stronger bits to go with it haha
Gotta hold it flatter, if you're on concrete those nails will hit and bend
That's good to know! Fortunately for where this was filmed, these vinyl tiles are just on wood subflooring
Hello, price of the 860 with battery and charger? and you will know the price of the 845, 850 and 887, the same with battery and charger, and also just tools! thank you.

Excellent Delwalt !!!!
It is!!
The 860 is some serious power. Bought the Atomic when it came out and it did what I needed. Then the 860 came out. And it did not disappoint. Use them both regularly.
It is an awesome impact driver! Definitely one of the strongest ones I've ever used

Use it on a truck wheel them I'll be impressed I've tried many times with dewalt on stuff and it seems like there not strong enough to take anything off. My folks use dewalt and they always have for automotive use I haven't had any luck
Thank you for the input! I'll have to give it a try. I think the 1/2in high torque impacts might be better suited for truck wheels. I'll have to get one and test it out! I'll reply to this comment when I get a chance to pick one of those up and film it
Buddy, it's a 1/4 inch impact not a 1/2 inch big boy. Pick the right tool for the job lol
Yeah the 1/2in drivers are definitely more suitable for vehicle lug nuts. Although I wouldn't be surprised if there was a 1/4in out there that could handle it. Some of the new 1/4in impacts coming out are really strong. Although you might break a few bits haha

Gotta love the pre loosened lug nuts 😂
They're lug nuts for our ride-on lawn mower. Vehicle lug nuts would take a lot more torque to remove. That's probably why they appear to come off easily

Seem like too much over spray problem good for what ur painting a table like this
There is a good amount of over-spray in this video. Mainly because I cranked it up to the highest and widest spray settings to give a better visual representation. You are able to adjust the nozzle to a more narrow spray that would help with overspray, as well as decreasing the output. I do plan on painting the back half of our house with this so I can let you know how it went when the time comes! Thank you for the feedback, hopefully this information is useful.
@@ToolAds gottcha
have one of these and use it fairly regularly in my home diy stuff. as a home DIY person ryobi is great because of the fact their batteries are universal amongst their tools. i have 3 batteries for the 5 different tools i have unlike other brands where every tool is a different style battery. only complaint is i am not really a fan of the placement of the light on this gets obstructed very easily when working in tight spaces at odd angles.
Thank you for the feedback! Ryobi is definitely a great brand for homeowners and diy use. I also like the fact that they have such a wide tool selection, they they've pretty much got you covered for any need. I do agree with the light placement on the impact. I noticed that when using it on the tires for our lawnmower, the light was sometimes obstructed by the tire itself. It would be cool if they could incorporate the light around the collet/chucks of their drills and drivers.
You think i can paint a car with this?? 👀
I'll be honest, I have no idea if this would work for a car. I'm not sure what paint consistency standards are for vehicle painting. I'm sorry I can't provide much advice
@@ToolAds i just ordered it lol... im going to try and I'll let you know how it is lol
Sounds good man, keep me updated!
Motor died after 6 hours of semi continuous use or 1200 yards of 4 ft wide road shoulder over 3 years. Others have issues with motor bearing failure. Keep motor vents clean and remove lower bearing cleaan and lube every 3 hours of continuous use. Motor may not stand the heat load from continuous use allowed by 60 v flex battery which is the only battery worth using on this tool. Might be ok for a small residential yardwith no weeds or long grass. It does cut heavy vegetation but doesnt last very long. The motor replacement part costs more than the bare tool on sale price.
@@Morgan2XL That's good to know, thank you for the insight. Next time I cover a string trimmer on the channel, I can show how to maintain it after use.

I just bought one wish I didn’t have to thin the paint but overall I like it
@@matthewcunningham1190 Yeah I agree man. Even though it can be a pain to thin the paint, it's still super handy and useful! I've used mine a ton since recording this video.
Like your video!
Thank you!
Can I use my drill battery for this?
It depends on what type of battery you have for your drill. This will work with all DeWalt 20v max batteries. Hope this helps!
@ToolAds what about 18v 5ah?.and it's big too wonder if that'll get In the way while using since it's a bigger battery
My battery is a 18v lithium 5 ah will it work on this?
@Friends22336 unfortunately I'm not aware of any adapters that would convert 18v to 20v. That battery would not work for the tool in this video. The only adapter I've been able to find is a 20v to 18v, which wouldn't help in your case. Hopefully this helps. Let me know what you find and if you're able to find a solution of any kind
Would this be a good buy to paint inside a house? The wife wants me to paint the kiddos room and just wondering if it’s worth the buy? Thank you
It would speed up the painting process itself, but at the same time, you'd be spending a lot of time laying out tarps and plastic wrap. I guess it all depends on how big the room is and how much stuff you'd have to cover to avoid over-spray. Big empty room: go for it! Small room with lots of furniture and objects: stick with a brush and roller.
Hope this helps!
How do you clean it after use?
It depends on the kind of paint you use. Typically whatever material you use to thin the paint is the material you use to clean with. After I'm done painting with it, I'll usually fill the spray gun with water only, and run it until it's empty. This does a pretty good job of cleaning out all the tubes and nozzles. For oil based paint I would do the same, except using paint thinner instead of water. The kit also includes additional picks and brushes to help get additional paint out of the system. Hope this helps!
25 bucks is way too much for this
I've used this thing so much around the house that I think I've definitely gotten it's money's worth. I guess it all depends on how often you would use it
And how about a video on how to sharpen and what size file is needed?
@@sybillestahl8646 Thank you for the feedback. I'll try to include information on how to sharpen and the file size needed for future chainsaw videos. In order to sharpen this blade, you would need to use a 5/32in (4mm) diameter round file on the cutters corners. Then you would sharpen the top plates, side plates, and depth gauge with a flat file. Hopefully this information helps, again, I'll be sure to make note of this with future videos.
@@ToolAds Thanks so much. I'm off to the hardware store to buy a 4mm round file.
Glad I could help! I'm currently working on a video for another chainsaw. Thanks to your feedback, I will be including a segment where I sharpen the chain. That concept can be applied to this chainsaw as well.
I found a video on how to sharpen the chain that doesn't involve a flat file and is a lot simpler. The method you use to sharpen the blade depends on how much time you want to put into it. Here's the video link for sharpening the blade adequately and quickly. Hope this helps! ruclips.net/video/63kFcBlKPwY/видео.htmlsi=tyjElxyBzNqkMW1w
Kobalt always seems to be the first at making it happen.
@@ProxyFinal Never thought about it but you're right! I know these handheld sprayers have been around for a while but Kobalt is the first "well-known" brand to put their spin on it. It's a great tool!
@@ToolAds first at making it brushless. Probably the only brand I know that is not afraid to make it brushless due to cost and all
@@ProxyFinal That's true. To be honest I think even with a steeper price tag, you still get what you pay for. I've used it multiple times since this video and as long as I make sure to clean after each use, it has not clogged up on me yet. It's definitely a quality build.
I just got one. How much oil should I put on the chain?
I try not to put too much on, that way I'm not wasting oil. A method I use to tell how much oil I put on, is after I apply it, I run the chainsaw. If oil starts flying off the chain, then I probably put too much on. I also try to make sure I oil under the chain, that way the first cut doesn't take all the oil off. Hopefully this helps! Please let me know if you have any more questions and I'll help out the best I can!
@@ToolAds Thank you for replying. So, would it be fair to say six drops distributed around the chain? Also, what size file to sharpen the tiny little cutters?
To be honest, in terms of the lubricant usage, I'll all depends on what type of wood you'll be cutting and how long you plan on using it for. If you notice the bar and chain getting hot, I would probably pause and add a little more. As far as the file size, a round 4mm file is what the owner's manual suggests.
what's your favorite power tool brand?
Not gonna lie man, I always used Makita & DeWalt working through highschool and college as a handyman. But with this channel I'm finding that there are tons of tool brands that offer great quality tools! At the moment I don't have a favorite
@@ToolAds i see i love dewalt
Yeah they are a great reliable brand!
@@ToolAds yes they are!!
waste of time to make this vidoe adn all this lazy copy paste description. the fucking tool isn't long runtime the fucking battery is first off. put the fucking cost in the title. numbers get more views from the algorithm. 9 yr old youtubers figured this out.
The channel is called ToolAds for a reason. Not ToolReveiws or ToolPrices. Pricing on power tools fluctuates with time so adding pricing to the video would date the video and have to be continuously updated. And the tool determines how efficiently the battery runs.
i got this weed wacker a month ago and it's amazing!!!
It's awesome!
Do u still recommend
Yes, I've gotten plenty of use out of it and for what I need it for, (small 2 acre property) it has plenty of power and battery life to weed wack our property multiple times on a single charge. The one thing I will say is to experiment with the front handle placement. Find what feels best for you, sometimes if the handle is placed to far forward or back the trimmer will feel unbalanced and it can cause strain on your back after extended use. Once you find that perfectly balanced spot for the handle, it is awesome and I can use it all day. Hope this helps!
@@ToolAds what battery u recommend for run time
I personally use a power stack 5ah just because I had one prior to getting the trimmer. The battery it comes with works great but if you want an even longer runtime, you could use one of their larger flex-volt batteries, one of their power stack batteries or even one of their newer power stack xr batteries. Basically any DeWalt 20v battery with a higher (aH). To be honest, it all depends on how long you need it to run for, and how much you're willing to spend. Hopefully this helps narrow it down for you.
Which price in Pakistan

$88 dollars at Walmart Plus battery and charger another $70 With a total of $158 + a tax of another $10 Total of $180
@@0779risingsun the kit with the battery and charger included is for 119 on Walmart's website. Unfortunately it's out of stock at the moment. Buying everything individually can definitely bring the price up, so I get your point. I meant "budget" in comparison to other brands like DeWalt, Milwaukee, Ridgid, Makita, etc... who's base price can run anywhere around 150$ tool only.
What was that In the bottle?
I used water to thin the paint because it was a water based paint.
I used water to thin the paint because it was a water based paint.
Thanks for posting this. I had an older Dremel 2 speed and misplaced it in my last move. Do you know if this Hyper Tough model would work with the Dremel 565 multi-purpose cutting kit? I recently got the Hart cordless rotary tool but the threads are too small to fit the 565 to use as a routing/cutting tool. Until I find the corded Dremel, I would like to get the HT if they are the same width and the threads under the spindle match.
Too be honest man, I'm not entirely sure if the housing unit will fit on the HyperTough tool. It might be a proprietary Dremel mount. In terms of bit sizes though, the HyperTough kit comes with 1/8, 3/32, & 1/16in collet sizes, so at least some of your bits might fit. Unfortunately my only recommendation would be to buy a hyper tough corded rotary tool (my kit was about $20) and test it out to see if it fits. If you buy it in store from Walmart, you could always return it if it doesn't fit. Walmart is pretty good with returns. I know this might not be the answer you were looking for, but hopefully it helps!

Will it work on textured walls?
It does to a degree. I noticed with textured walls, sometimes I have to press it against the wall while the vacuum runs to help it seal. However I wouldn't recommend this for "aggressive" wall textures. It does work best on smooth surfaces. Hope this helps!

Just uploaded a full length video on this weed wacker! Let me know what you think!
I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong but it’s charged but every time I hit the trigger, it doesn’t work. Is there an on button somewhere?
You've probably tried this but is the trigger lock on? There are forward/reverse controls on the sides of the screwdriver that push either left or right. If they are not pressed in, the trigger will lock. If that doesn't work then the trigger lock might be stuck and I would consider returning it to Walmart, assuming that's where you bought it. It's very possible you could have the misfortune of getting a faulty tool. Walmart is usually really good with returns though. Hopefully that helps, keep me posted on if you find a solution or not!
