Im glad you liked the book as earlier this year I had gotten around to these books and fell in love with the Khan, but I would slightly argue that the overarching story is the build up and characterization before the book Scars, cause Jaghatai book is really just the prequel to that novel and its sequel in the HH.

Just finished the omnibus a couple days ago. I've read about 20 BL books and can't say ive ever laughed reading any BL book. ADB is such a legend for writing these, and hands down THE best BL books I've read so far

I loved the character moments in the book, even the moments with sleek sharpwit are really good (he is pretty good for a one off character) however at the end of the book I had NO clue what happened at the end, I think David Guymer got confused halfway through.

I hope GW releases the Nefarata novels in a Warhammer (Fantasy) Chronicles omnibus I do not think they have done that yet
