Why Dubai? Let’s talk. First, have you seen off-plan prices? They’re so much cheaper than ready properties. You’re literally buying at today’s price for tomorrow’s value-how does that not make sense? Second, safety. It’s a big deal, isn’t it? Especially with everything going on in the world. We all just want a place where our families feel secure. That’s Dubai. And taxes-okay, I know you’ve hea...

    A 3 bedroom house in Wednesfield will pay £1,200 per month, or £14,400 per year which is about almost 15.5 Lakh rupees per year in India. Property in the UK is a very very safe investment. It will be at least 21 years before there will be enough houses here to house the current population.

      @Simran_dxb_rei Oh, I'm just a random person watching U Tube videos on the Dubai Real Estate market. I just wanted to explain that the UK is still good for investment, as is Dubai. It just happens that I know quite a bit about the UK property market, mortgages, commercial, loans, as well as other finance and the rules and regulations that go along with it.

  • @nikbassi3608
    @nikbassi3608 Месяц назад

    The UK has a serious shortage of housing, there is a lot of overcrowded houses, people are sleeping on sofas and in their cars. Its true the government is making it harder for UK resident landlords with higher taxes, but this has pushed rents up. Foreign investors have benefitted from this because they do not pay the tax of UK resident landlords.

  • @nikbassi3608
    @nikbassi3608 Месяц назад

    UK is ok for foreign investors who pay less Stamp Duty (Government Property Tax) than UK investors. For a £100,000 house, tge deposit is 25% £25,000, the rest of the 75% the banks will lend as a mortgage. The property will be registered in the UK Land Registry. The registry is online and anyone can get ownership information easily. Fireign investors do not pay capital gains tax here is they are not resident. A 3 bedroom townhouse in the North of England can be bought from £150,000. Places like Wednesfield in Wolverhampton wgere many Indians live has seen a lot of growth, and isnt slowing down.

    • @The_Joy_Anand
      @The_Joy_Anand Месяц назад

      And who will be paying the property tax and capital gains tax? Doesn't it bring your net profit to the same level?

    • @nikbassi3608
      @nikbassi3608 Месяц назад

      Stamp duty Rates for UK residential property, up to £250,000 zero Stamp Duty Tax, from 250k (£250,000) to £675,000 5%, from 925k to £1.5 million 10%, anything above that is 12%. These are per property transaction. UK property investors, limited companies and second residential property buyers also pay an extra 5% from £0 upwards, basically on the whole amount, this is on top of the normal Stamp Duty Rates. A non UK resident pays the normal Stamp Duty rates plus 2% from zero as a Foreign Investor. The foreign investors does not pay the extra 5% Stamp Duty that UK resident residential property investors, limited companies and second home buyers pay. Pardon the different words for the same meaning, as we have common words for the same meaning here. The new Labour Government is changing the rates. Anyone can go onto the UK. GOVERNMENT website and check out the historical rates, current rates, and future rates. All the information is there for everyone to see. We are very transparent here. Any other information anyone needs regarding UK rules and regulations is all there. First time buyers occasionally have lower Stamp Duty rates.

      Capital Gains tax is payable by non UK residents, people who own property and leave the UK may be non resident, but they are not classed as foreign investors, these are 2 separate classifications for Capital Gains and Inheritance Tax purposes. UK estates and world wide estates get taxed at 40% on the death of a UK Citizen, the rest of the money is divided to the beneficiaries. As i believe (to my current knoweledge) foreign investors do not pay Inheritance tax IHT here. They pay it under the rules of the country they are in, some countries have dual tax treaties with each other. We do have many many reliefs and allowances here, such as limited company allowances, working farms allowances Trust Funds, but these are much more complicated and for those who can afford the best accountants and tax advisors. Something to note, many professional investors do not sell their properties, they simply re-mortgage their current investment property to release equity from the rising value. They then reinvest this to buy more properties. There is no tax to pay on re-mortgaging. I hope this helps
