Of course Sony would make sure the sensors are high quality. They produced the sensor as well as the phone itself. They may want to promote their DSLR cameras more but their phone cameras are not terrible. My Xperia XZ Premium while also not the highest megapixel camera also does good photos and the color comes out good too despite not being DCI-P3 but sRGB instead. The only downside is that the photos don't look quite as great on a regular monitor but they do not look bad by any means. It is really just that phones tend to have a much denser display. The XZ Premium has a 4K display. I imagine that some of the most expensive LCD TVs ($60,000 and up) have panels that are just as dense but larger and that would be one of the main reasons for the ungodly price tag on those!!

Still will be buying the s24 ultra because it will be cheaper now. Samsung flagships prices at launch does be like Apple prices but whoever buying this phone will be getting a real good phone

About time they listened to us. I havent upgraded since not 8 and at least they finally are going back to that style. Theres been no reason to waste money on an upgrade even tho the camera isnt as good only bc it's so old. However its of for itself since its lasted me so long. I've even dropped in water several times and dropped several stories out a window 😂😂😂 not one issue I hope they go back to a note type phone tho I have such a hard time w these taller not as wide phones. Maybe bc I have small hands idk. I also hate the square style so the curved edges coming back like note 8 is great. If we can finally get better batteries brightness and mush better stronger glass wed be all set. Mine is so shattered now its cutting my hand (just from the other day when I dropped and stepped on it but almost what 10 yrs old)
