Wow nice video, i was able to pickup a Wilt Chamberlain rookie in a PSA 5 then i decided to try and complete this set of 66 cards all in a PSA slab so now I’m up to 12 of the 66 and gonna get it done which will be expensive but worth it once I’m done so thanks for showing me these cards and making me wanting to get all the cards in this 1961 set NY Lou

Does he mean NGC when he says NGS? Both were founded by the same person and both now have the same owner. NGC have graded more coins than PCGS.

I would never pay $700 to $900 for a cleaned silver dollar in any situation I can imagine.

Interesting video. I have some non-fake fake slabs from China, i.e., they're like PCGS slabs, but there's no fake attribution, it's all in Chinese, and the coins are inexpensive Chinese coins. And, sure enough, the hologram is an external sticker! That's definitely the first thing I'll look for next time I get a slab.

How hard would it be for PSA to inform you on what was altered about your card? Jackasses!

I understand why folks submit to PSA, because of the resale value. But they are so inconsistent with their grading and they literally have the worst looking slabs. It’s unbelievable how so many people complain about PSA yet keep resubmitting to them. Either stop complaining about the grades given on your cards or submit to someone else. But don’t do nothing about it and keep complaining.

The "altered" is probably from them previously being in non-recessed screw down holders and having the corners mashed down/thinner than normal.

Love that 1980 set. You got some great pulls there. I opened a wax box of those last month and was happy to get a lot of clean cards for my PC.

Just wanted to let you know that I received my PSA vintage submission back and overall was happy about it , but did get grades that made me scratch my head. Some cards I got bad grades and couldn't figure out notably 3 1976 Kelloggs Tom Seaver cards and then I got cards that I got generous grades. I do think that there is little chance to get 9's or 10's in 1980 cards or older.

That Ditka rookie is amazing! I don't have a single card from that set but I love the look of that year's design.

Mangini sent me, new subscriber here. We all feel your pain. Absolutely loved your commentary and agreed with everything you said. You should fire PSA, crack them all, and resubmit to SGC. Unbelievable this video just pisses me off and they’re not even my cards. If you got a different grader all of those 5’s would have been 7’s and those 7’s would have been 8’s and 9’s. Ridiculous! Very timely as they raise their Collector's Club annual fee 50% today! Thanks for the entertainment and all the best, Ronnir
