Tears just started streaming down non stop as I related to it alot esp the loneliness, emptiness, anxiety and living 2 lives etc but diff context and situation.       Thank you Audrey for your empathy. We walk different paths of pain and just know you are not alone in this journey called life. I think some of the phrases I shared seem to resonate with us who have different stories but have lived through our traumas and know that the guilt is real and one day, we will let go of it all to move onwards and upwards. Let's spread kindness and cheer to more when we can coz we really don't know the hurt others may be holding on too.
