Thoughts on steel vs wrought iron? Pa mi no hay como el hierro forjado, por lo menos para la cooking surface de la parrilla. Con el acero siempre he tenido mas problemas con el manejo del calor, quizás sea una diferencia en como transmite cada material el calor o simplemente la falta de costumbre, pero la cocción siempre la sentí diferente. En mi experiencia el hierro transmite el calor mejor que el acero, y se obtiene mejor resultado. Al menos en grill horizontal clasica argenta.
@@Cusifaii Ambos materiales son excelentes para el OPEN FIRE, la elección dependerá de tus necesidades específicas en cuanto a sabor, durabilidad y facilidad de mantenimiento. Sobre la durabilidad y faciliad de mantenimiento no hay mucho que hablar, ya que el acero inoxidable 304 es muy superior. En cuanto a sabor, generalmente nuestros clientes se sorprenden por los resultados de nuestras parrillas, el sabor es algo muy personal, y cada parrilla puede aportar un toque único. Lo importante es disfrutar del proceso, compartir momentos y, claro, de los buenos asados. ¡Salud y buen provecho! 🍖🔥
