@@rival121 I just bought a Huntington Home at Fields! Taxes are the same as in CA! Better property value with the PGA in my back door! It’s just a golf cart away! A golf cart I’ll keep in my garage! Collin and Denton County are deep red! Too many pluses!
@@__S__B__ 51/46 is hardly “deep red”, especially Frisco area which is known to be split down the middle. Golf course views are great, my parents have a similar view in Florida. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. 1. Bugs, bugs, bugs. ESPECIALLY near a golf course! Ewww… 2. Humidity and heat in the summer and cold winters. Yuck! 🤢 3. Trashy people, red and blue alike! I’ll take my “Coastal Elite” hipster educated liberals ANY DAY over WT!! 4. The Dallas Texas Metroplex has the potential to get more overgrown and eventually more liberal than Cali within the next 10 years due to its flat, boring, and treeless terrain. Already more crowded than San Diego, may surpass LA next decade. More people, more problems! More people, more liberals! International migration is out of control in Texas! Not just at the boarder, but also the AIRPORTS, which everybody seems to forget! I’ll take my mountains and geographic diversity any day!! Texas BBQ is my least favorite food! Shall I continue?

what an extravagant property! Your team truly outdid themselves with the presentation of this home. I saw on the market today can’t wait for you guys to sell it! I loved the outdoor area the pool looks so elegant, I love how it comes with a built in playground for the children. This home is such a great deal for $2 million dollars. I couldn’t help to wonder though is the lot next to the home also for sale? It would be great if both the property and land could be bought to expand the yard.
