Morning it's sad 😢the truth must be said Judge Mahumela also was bullied by defense then Ratha watch the trial he also came with the attitude of he won't be bullied by them so for me no hard feeling the is so many theories around the Meyiwa death I will listen follow the unfolding without judgement

And Mr Ramosepele tried his best to calm the situation. It's very pain that we have to act kindness , fine and peaceful to ppl who bullying innocent ppl. It's a shame because they will continue doing the same

The judge has demonstrated lots of breach of confidentiality. This matter of sibiya s lawer and that he has to discuss with his family. How much time he needs. This was not supposed to be discussed public they do have Chambers to discuss matters like this. Also how a judge can expect sibiya to have full mental capacity to take wise decisions at this period of time few hours after his lawyer passed on. I suspect the judge himself lacks mental capacity due to old age related symptoms. He didn't show any remose. Completely unprofessional and disgrace

Advocate as you have said that Muzi sibiya needs time to apply to legal aid bord and is not being gifen time why dont you take upon yourself and repressent him yourself as a good samaritan

I really doubt if this s is a proper judge....proper human being...this person they are protecting must be a king or god of some sort....so many people have been unalived since Senzo died!!!!!!

If Muzi Sibiya was a foreigner the SAHRC would have gone to court for him the defend his right to choose. Justice cannot be done if the custodians of justice are rotten.

Friday was too early Sibiya Defence and all accussed needed time to morn for Mngomezulu 8th January is the correct date Nxumalo was correct 😢😮

And I dont believe we have a guns blazing defense team. They too quite amateurish at the best of times. I suppose they need to be gainfully employed by legal aid for as long as possible. Hardly anybody in SA has ever heard of this lot before the senzo trial.

It was clear before mngomezulu passing that muzis uncle couldn't afford to pay mngomezulu thats why he was alway absent in court, so he should have decided long time. How long time does he need?

Good morning my Advocate. South African justice system is a serious circus. Judge Ratha was even making jokes about it, telling lawyers, "I won't be present watching soccer in EPL blaa blaa blaaa". True those defence lawyers in court sometimes behave amateurish. Even though I sometimes trust the 4 defence, Adv Teffo once warned us about the 4 lawyers of being coerced by the state to present weak defence so they can be found guilty.

You can sometimes think that the Legal Aid is a private entity, by the way it is run.

This case shows that there is higher power or political power behind it on state side hence the misuse of LEGAL AID,NPA, SAPS,COURTS AND MEDIA to support the state and convict the innocent accused just to protect Real killers

Advocate you should go an represent Muzi if you want to do good. The defense left a lot of straight forward questions they could have asked Gininda.

To my understanding it was not Legal Aid which was giving Muzi an ultimatum, it's the judge who was forcing him to decide yet the court will come back on the 20th and by then Legal Aid offices will be opened, hence the defense insisted to come back on the 8th, to make a decision
