Before joining they will ask your preferred location once the location they set you cannot change it but location also depends on the project as well , suppose your preferred location is kolkata and your project location is pune then if they ask you to reallocate then you have to move , but maximum time they dont say to move to project location, only you have to work from your preferred office location .

Like i am from Kolkata location but my project location is different like pune location but i dont have to reallocate because I can work from Kolkata office ,and attend 3days office is mandatory .

During onboarding they might have asked your preferred location right ? After joining if you dont get project from your preferred location they will ask you to reallocate but in maximum case ywe got project in our location so

@@LearnWithJK03No I am 2024 batch, still I am not onboarded I just got my LOI last week and completed pan verification that's it..but while applying for Cognizant through superset then I gave two location preference... actually I want to know that is there any possibility that we can change those preferences again through any of the procedure?
