Mine! 1:Look outside of your car or pull down the car window to just stick you head out enjoying the breeze 2:Imagine your memes in your head listening to a song i always do this! And i get tired pretty much- 3:If you have siblings is pretty much hard to sleep if you have a large car sleep at the back is better 4:watch gacha movies they are pretty fun or watch nexflix horror at night is better with siblings :3 5:if you have a little sister/brother play with them if you dont wanna wasted your road trip time! 6:if your on a school trip you better bring a blanket ofc and just watch the nature inside in your school bus 7:Drawing 8:if your parent stop to get snacks you should get some for yourself too and share some with your siblings 9:watching nextflix is fun! But is bored too if your car have a tv screen like that you can go on youtube and type for horrors movies to watch with your parent, siblings or friends 10:if you still have alot of toys you should bring them ofc to play with 11:Pretend the pillow is your friend :3 Thats it!

creatine is literally saving my life. I have struggled with chronic illness for over a decade and have felt like I wasn’t gonna make it. I started doing the carnivore diet more animal based these days, and then just added creatine about a month ago and I feel like a new person! For reference I have Lyme disease co-infections, mold, fibromyalgia, depression, anxiety, yada yada yada… My son who is 18 is on the spectrum. He is completely shredded and ripped now for using creatine and doing the carnivore diet. Creatine also is amazing for women over 40 for menopause for bone health and is better than any antidepressant on the market. It’s amazing for anyone who has cognitive issues, neurological issues and brain injuries. People have no idea how amazing creatine is.
