I think the Tactics Ogre Reborn is one of, if not the, best gaming soundtrack of all time, and this is the best of the three discs. hard to pick a favourite, but War Situation, Revolt, Impregnable Defense and Accretion Disk are standouts for me.

The disappointment of the remake version was that it did not fully express the strength of Lancelot Tartaros from the original SFC

Im blown away by that ost I a little more aware of what a final fantasy tactic readapted with a full blown orchestra could be. And now i fantasize about listening to these two masterpieces one after another

Dark knight and Showdown are part of my favourite compositions of the game. They stir feelings out of me, especially the first fight of CODA 4 against Andoras, realizing he helped the murder of children... This character should have been a playable one, with a redemption arc. That's the only thing missing from this masterpiece of a game.

Where does Seeker 30:56 play in the game? This is the only track I've never heard, either in ads or in the game itself.

One of the greatest RPGs ever made. Matsuno wrote a great fantasy novel that no one knows exists. If only it got the sequel it deserved and needed. Matsuno's a true artist, though, and has likely moved on completely at this point :(
