I think they asked why do you seek the living among the dead to question their faith. Did they not believe or understand that Jesus was alive? Did they doubt the word of God or his abilities? Jesus did not doubt his God he knew who he was every moment of his persecution he kept his faith because the truth is the truth.

Matt 6.24 Luke 16.13-15 1 tim 6.10. The love of money is the root of all evil. U cannot serve 2 masters. U either chose God or money. Some of the scriptures u used were about spiritual wealth. Matt 6.19-21 store up treasures in heaven not on earth for where ur treasure is ur heart will be also. Woe to those who are rich Luke 6.24. It will be very difficult for a rich man to enter heaven Luke 18.24-25. Be careful with ur money be generous for God loves a cheerfully giver. Let all that u do be done in love
