The Lake Ontario Student Conference (LOSC) 2022 was hosted by the Ganaraska Region Conservation Authority (GRCA). This Student Conference serves to provide Great Lakes and watershed education for our local secondary students in support of our vision of clean water, healthy lands for healthy communities.
The GRCA entered into a Grant Funding Agreement with HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN RIGHT OF ONTARIO as represented by the Minister of Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) in order to host the LOSC 2022. This Student Conference is a part of delivering the Ontario Great Lakes Strategy with the goal of Engaging and Empowering Communities to take action on protecting our Great Lakes.
