@@fxDEBIAN not being able to run 10km in one outing does not give you nearly enough information to make that assumption. Say I start by running a couple (2) km every day. Scale that up by 10% a week, for ~17 weeks (4 months): 14km x 1.1^17 = 70+ weekly km Appreciate you keeping me on my toes, have a great day!
I was a runner and did parkour for years if you want to go really fast and truly move you need no solid objects in your pockets or on your person and you need to become like an animal you need to activate the animal part of the brain forget being human lean forward as if your falling control how gravity interacts with your sphere of influence learn to absorb forces and momentum and use them
