Dumb wind made the video a tad bit shaken, but I still saw this parked train that ended up getting a move on, however it stopped after a few seconds and we had to leave cuz we were hungry lol, hope y’all enjoy the video!

My first time seeing a train carrying military equipment, such as tanks, trucks, etc! However only bad thing is it was quite windy, so dust everywhere but that’s what happens when you live in a desert… Other than that, enjoy the video guys!! Saw this train from the west end mountains and made it here to catch it here at this crossing, however it had a fouled horn, still a cool catch but of course fouled horns could just sound a bit… Weird sometimes, but it’s usually temporary at least, there was also an idiot on an ATV who ran the crossing right before the gate was completely lowered, never do what will be seen in the video, until ...

Came over here, found the headlights of a train a few minutes away and then it came by to park right in front of me, which is convenient, and then backed up but it only had a few cars, probably doing a shunt maneuver, but either way, enjoy the video guys! I finally saw a truck with a train horn installed passing my school during lunch break!, did the gesture for it to blow its horn and let’s just say, the entire area got woken up lol, enjoy!

Finally was able to catch something here now! Catching this high speed Amtrak was cool, but them idiots that tries to beat it wasn’t, let this video be a lesson learned of what you should not do when at a railroad crossing, you could seriously get hurt or even die! Wow, the power it must take to pull all that.
We did this in Germany all the time its called "rail heading" we would send our vehicle to training areas in Germany. Usually took 2-3 hours by car to get to the training areas but on the rail it could take 18 hours to get the vehicles there as being the lowest priority on the tracks. lol M1 tanks and M3 Bradleys plus M88 and various other equipment. Do you live close to Barstow Ca? NTC is there its a big training area. Oh yeah 3rd Infantry division patch on the metal conex! Rock of the Marne!

@@RFS2022 El Paso? Its probably going to NTC out in Barstow, its showing 3rd ID markings which is based out of Ft Stewart Ga. However, Fort Bliss is in El Paso Tx.
