Africans think a road with bright lights is amazing. Sad, backward outlook. No one can cross the streets, so it is just for cars and for show. Most people are poor and have no cars. If you want ti impress properly, build rapid bus service. Make streets walkable so people can walk safety. You are building dangerous roads with fasting moving cars in the middle of the city. It makes no sense.

Can you go out side Addis Ababa, people still getting water from dirty river going to get water be carrying puts on their back and waking miles away to get drinking water which is not clean.

I was there last year I never saw this kind of roads and lights all I saw was bad smoking cars and dig up streets.
