When I was in middle school, I had a lot of doubts about myself. This audio got me through all of it. I found it on a pirating app for music. There was a version of “Lose Yourself” by Eminem that had this whole video as an intro to the song. Whole thing was 8 minutes long. And it was epic. I listened to that file every single day. And it for me through it all. Thank you whoever put this together. Cheers. I came back to find it and plan on putting it into my new workout playlist.

I remember watching this for the first time 12 years ago, not long after this video was created. I was 18. I had just left school with no idea if where I was headed. I started university, dropped put, did some odd jobs. Found myself in hospital with bipolar in 2014. Was in and out for 18 months at various clinics. Got out for the last time in 2016 as my grandmother was dying of cancer. Got myself a job in 2016, started a course in 2017. Met my current girlfriend in that class (we are still together 6 years later and living together. Have my own business and have not given up. Point being, there are many set backs in life. I am now 30 with much of my life still ahead of me. Get up, every time you are knocked down and whatever you do... never stop fighting.

I love this video!!! I have been watching this video for over 9 years.

It's a true representation of life as the intro says, "nobody will hit as hard as life" the big guy represents life. "Life to beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it". He gets up time and time again exhausted, fatigued and even when he's knocked out, in his darkest unwinnable moment. Keep fighting and maybe just maybe you'll get that knockout
