This is my channel where I am documenting the restoration of my BMW R1150RT motorcycle. I have very limited mechanical experience and want to see if this is something I can even do. My plan is to fully restore this bike learning along the way. If you are interested in what I'm doing then join me on my journey.

You may want to look into oetiker fuel line clamps, they take up a lot less room than screw clamps. I used fuel injection screw clamps when i replaced my quick connectors and when done it seemed like there was not enough room and screws where poking in the lines, was afraid of screws chaffing holes.
Yeah you're right. I'm taking the fuel tank off again to strip the whole bike down. Will be servicing the fuel filter and will replace the screw clamps with the Oetiker ones then.
did you use fuel injector grade hose for exterior fuel lines
Yes, I double checked it was the right stuff.
Also, take the itb runners iff and spray any flammable spray,if it fires up then your problem is fuel,if it doesn't,its probably ignition.
Thanks for the help, much appreciated.
