I've had one for a couple of months, a '23 that only had 2000km on it, and I've only put a couple of thousands km on it myself. Great bike, with a couple of small niggles that I hope the dealer can rectify at the next service. I fell in love with the type when I took my son's little G310R in for some work and they gave me one of these for a loaner. At 60, I'm not interested in scratching any more and this does the job nicely when I hit the twisties. The only thing I'd like to change is that it doesn't have much torque at low revs, so I tend to give it a fair bit of clutch slip on takeoff to avoid risking a stall unless I'm giving it the beans, and the off-idle throttle response isn't all I'd like. Once the warranty is done I'll put it in for an ECU flash and dyno tune. I've fitted a Puig screen and a headlight protector is on the cards shortly.

My friend just got Rebel 500 as her first A bike. I had the pleasure of riding this bike and it is a treat. Love that engine.

Great bike I have rode one couple of times and agree it does everything well and is a pleasure to ride. I have also ridden the gs1250 but the 750 is easy relaxed and fun to ride.

Motorway work can be dire, especially on a motorcycle. Worth it for the destinations though, Scotland can be incredible if the weather plays ball.
