      Poor Rudy...his choreography could be awful. I mean his Nutcracker for LFB was as you say GHASTLY.

    Yes, Hugo Marchand is an absolute Star. I think he is absolutely a wonder in this role.

    This is usually one of my favorite numbers in the ballet. I would say the choreography of this is spotty: love some parts, don't care for other bits. Of course, the dancers are excellent. I think Nureyev did a much better job on many of the other parts; but this is not the most successful for me.

    Set is a little bare for such a huge stage; but liked the dancers, costumes, and choreography. The Czardas is always fun because of the hauteur and the drastic change between the slow and fast parts. Thank you.

      They are dancing to the Russian Composer, Pyotr Tchaikovsky's, brilliantly poignant Swan Lake. It was a failure during his lifetime - but much treasured in our own.

    Dorothée est une étoile danseuse, actrice et une femme sincère, vraiment sympa, belle. Chacun de ses rôles nous fait frissonner, sauter, envoler : bref Dorothée nous emmène, nous "envole", un régal, un moment suspendu, régénérant, éblouissant.     I’m so glad that the POB are still performing Nureyev’s re-choreographed classic, that they still see so much of his brilliance in his work. I hope they continue to do so for decades to come!
