it looks like there are two ISEYA in Kichijoji - you showed and I liked the one at the top of the steps maps.app.goo.gl/AFwxNPZgosLchxNj8 down to the Inokashira Park which also contains the Ghibli museum and a zoo - a lovely park to linger, probably also my favourite in Tokyo - I also liked Kichijoji Tsuru's Original Roast Beans - maps.app.goo.gl/n4QMJoVFi6VTBiaX7 - where I saw several mini-roasters in a row all working - they didn't speak English but we still got served - a special place.
