Thank you so much ma’am the eye piece graticule were really a headache for me but now I understand them quite well
For anyone who needs this or if I need to be corrected: chapter 16 and 15 are the most common in past couple papers. These come every year and even twice in one paper. They can accumulate around 18-35 marks in one mark....so almost a third of the paper's marks are for these 2

What is the difference between Ignore and Reject in the marking scheme? If they are the same then why did CIE make the distinction? Will I get no marks at all if I write the Ignored Answer. For example, marking scheme says Centromere and Ignore Kinetochore, but I wrote Kinetochore in the paper, will I get the mark?
@@enacausmembrane Ignore means no mark if a student wrote that word or statement Reject means a term used by many students which was totally incorrect This is guidance for teachers to teach students the correct biological terminology
@@docsaira But if Kinetochore and Centromere (as to my knowledge) is the same thing, then why is Kinetochore an Ignore according to CIE?

i have a question (4.11) why not palbociclib? - it says G1 to S phase too - S phase (DNA replication)- thus containing one chromatid

ma'am i have ideas about statistical questions of p5 but i haven't practised planning section of p5, please suggest me some topics that are very important and common one. I am watching more p5 videos to get the idea of answering the questions.
@@samsyy-601 If you do 5 planning questions there is a common thread in it Read question carefully Talk about independent variable Then talk about dependent variable as to how you can measure it Then other variables that you need to control Last 2 points must always be 1 Risk …. Hazard ….safety in the context of the practical 2 Repeat experiment to improve reliability and eliminate anomalous readings That should be your strategy
