"Refuse to settle for less than what you deserve and that you are willing to takes to satisfy your own happiness." This is basically a modern women's Mantra to a failed and miserable single Life. Life isn't always about chasing happiness but purpose and meaning. Humans in a healthy society sacrifice much for others, goals or ideals. Relationships since time immemorial tried to fix their problems or tolerate instead of just walking away, taking the easy way. There are indeed some benefits to 'walking away' but often comes not without a price. Some of these advises are just self-destructive. Self-evidence by the outcome we literally see.
