Hey all, I've out for a while but I'm feeling better and ready to get back out again. This ride was exactly one year ago to the day at Lord Hill, when I took the first of two concussions on the same day. Later later that day, if you remember, I crashed while "Suburban Shuttlin." A month of not riding any trails later, I totaled my Transition Patrol frame while hockey stopping on concrete at the bus stop lol. I haven't ridden a mountain bike much since and had a dismal winter skiing, but I just purchased a new Sentinel and hope to start riding a lot again soon!
