I have both with ocean hued clamp Barbara =time piece Hp, goblet hp, circlet healing. Minimum damage of 12k and 31k max Same as Qiqi with Atk time piece, physically damage goblet and atk circlet. Qiqi got the advantages in my case because she does 5k-6k with auto attacks plus the artifact effects
