I tried to play my left hand in octaves, in order to imitate the pedalboard, that I don't have! The only thing, that I play with my foot, is the sustain pedal.

I just use the sustain pedal :)

Sorry for that! I found the sound pretty nice actually but I also don't really have much organ-experience, in order to hear the big difference 🤷 Anyway, the organ sound, is the one of the Yamaha P515, that I use for all of my other RUclips videos too :)

It's because it's the organ sound on a digital piano which is very unlikely to have any different sounds other than the sound you hear (a real or digital organ would have stops to change the sound). It's not a bad sound for what it is though, sounds just like a digital organ (with certain stops pulled that is), some digital organs will get close to a real pipe organ sound but of course nothing beats the real deal
