Antipolo is actually a city of many upland villages and IS safer compared to urban cities of greater/ Metro Manila area. It gives you the typical countryside of Philippine Katagalugan. Rizal, like Laguna and Cavites province of Region 4 is safe. If the location of the wifey's family is a relocation site, it is also provided with basic water and road facility, educational and health services. Do not expect much materially but it's nothing worse compared to low-income settlements in other countries of SE Asia There's more that meets the eye. The important thing is a peaceful community.

They must have separate ventilation to rid of lead and gases. Also, air filters must be regularly changed or else the filters themselves will be highly combustible. There are footage in youtube of an indoor shooting range with inadequate ventilation and the whole ceiling just went into flames from spent gases and residue.

It's a shame what the australian government did to Aus gun ownership, citizens take back that right.
