i play classical guitar and my problem isn't with focusing but with the fact that my knee gets really sore from having my leg up on my footrest for long periods of time, maybe the pomodoro technique combined with walks around my house during the breaks will help :')

Jejku, ja kiedy gram wiecej niz 3 godziny to czuje sie zle, i psychicznie i fizycznie + poprostu nie mam czasu na wiecej, a mimo ze bym chciala to nie jestem w stanie budzic sie i cwiczyc przed szkola. Wiec podziwiam. Robisz moze jakas rozgrzewke przed graniem? Ostatnio strasznie mnie bola plecy od tego. Ps. Kocham te vlogi, maja swietny klimat.
