Seems more like a practice tool than a tutorial though I haven't figured out why each repeat of it is done slower; if intended for a beginner, wouldn't they start slower and (after a few repeats) move on to faster speeds next instead of before? Speed changes from slowest to fastest through each speed presented increses by 40%, 29%, and 22%. Additional speeds can be created by speeding up and slowing down the video playback from different sections and 3rd party media software offers finer control than what youtube speed choices would offer.but players usually cause noticeable distortion with how they alter playback speed. If you find a midi of the piece then a computer or midi instrument can perform it at any chosen speed without distortion. It would be a little time consuming but could be entered into typesetting/composing software which makes generating midi with modifications easy for changing tempo, key, etc. I've been away from typesetting music for too long but the sheet music had more of a Finale appearance than a Lilypond appearance. Using such systems usually makes better readability as it makes it look more professionally engraved. Whatever program is used, a good workflow makes creating files more consistent so you don't have issues like two different spellings of "Violin" and "Violine" as you go between files as they can be generated from 1 consistent source. If selling content of your own creation (paper/printable/audio), you may want to consider adding the copyright date to it.

This is a great song to learn your chops on. There are a gazillion interpretations, and therefore endless ways to play it. If you've run out of ways to play it, you've mastered the violin!
